DAVID BRULINSKI, CPA MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dave
Brulinski has more than 13 years experience of auditing and consulting in the health care industry. He brings extensive experience
in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and reimbursement, financial audit, project management, strategic planning
and financial management. In his career, he has been exposed to both the private industry (audit and consulting) and CMS
in his direct dealing and through fiscal intermediaries.
Responsibilities include performing Medicare reimbursement
and financial consulting services for a national health care practice. Financial and reimbursement responsibilities include
acting as liaison with intermediary on Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement issues, implementing strategies for Prospective Payment
System, business planning and budgeting, and cash flow analysis. Clinical and other service include assisting with survey
and licensure issues, developing and implementing plans of correction for state surveys, providing litigation support services
and developing corporate compliance programs.
Dave also assisted in negotiations of a $100 million positive settlement
for a large health plan involving complex regulatory issues, and averted imminent closure of health care organization through
development and implementation of state plan of correction. Provided educational seminars at local and national association
meetings on evolving regulatory issues, financial analysis, and methods of creating operational efficiencies.

JAMES HAMILTON, CPA MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jim
Hamilton has been involved in the private and public accounting sector of our health care industry for 20 years. He began
his career with KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in Baltimore and served as Team Leader of American Express Tax & Business Services
Home Health Department. Jim's public accounting experience includes managing and directing audit and consulting services
to many business sectors including health care, local governments and nonprofit organizations.
Jim provides attestation,
compliance and consulting services to managed care, home health and other health care organizations. He has also served as
an interim Chief Financial Officer of large home health agencies. Additionally, Jim assists hospitals, skilled nursing facilities
and nursing homes with home health agencies and other integrated delivery systems to position themselves for the present and
future. Jim has been a featured speaker at national and state home health,hospice association and Health Financial Manager
Association meetings. Jim has also written articles for national magazines and newsletters.
Jim holds a Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting from Loyola College in Baltimore and is a member of the National Association for Home Care and several
other national and state homecare associations. He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
